Artificial intelligence is basically a robotic form of human intelligence, where a simulation of human intelligence processes by machine, basically we found it or else we can use it in our computer system, with the simple language, where we humans put a query according to our need and by the time computer system or the software we use, like Siri, Bixby, Alexa, with which this all type of systems can convert the language with the system language NLP (natural language process), and solve that as soon as possible and get the solution in the fraction of second. Artificial intelligence sometimes called ‘machine intelligence’, or controlled by device itself.

Alan Turing was able to put his hypotheses and questions into actions by testing whether “machines can think”? After series of testing (later was called as Turing Test) it turns out that it is possible to enable machines to think and learn just like humans. Turing Test uses the pragmatic approach to be able to identify if machines can respond like humans.

Computer scientists predicting that by 2020 “85% of customer interactions will be managed without a human”. This means that human’s simple requests will depend on computers and artificial intelligence just like as it can be said before when we use Siri or Galaxy to ask about the weather temperature.
